North Bethesda Neighborhoods

North Bethesda is a rapidly evolving community, with the full complement of homes of all types, shopping, recreational and cultural activities and centers, employment centers, and access to transit and other forms of transportation. It is currently developing into a modern urban center, and the citizens and planners are working hard to ensure that it improves as it grows, with walkable communities, pocket parks and public spaces, bike pathways, community shopping, and viable transit. There are three Metro Red Line stations, Twinbrook, White Flint, and Grosvenor. In addition, the MARC commuter train line has a Garrett Park station. Major road connections are I-270, I-495 ("the beltway"), and Rockville Pike (Rt. 355).

I am the sponsor for the community forum www.FarmlandNeighbors.com, and write a local blog, www.NorthBethesda.blogspot.com. The community forum site has a button for Local Development Projects, as well as links to swim clubs, schools, and other amenities.

So that buyers have the choice of all homes that they can afford from every neighborhood, Realtors must, by local, state, and federal law, show all possible suitable properties without applying personal judgments to the characteristics of the neighborhoods the homes are in.  Each buyer has the complete freedom to choose the communities and neighborhoods in which they are most comfortable and where they find the home that suits them best.

As a Realtor, I do not judge the quality of different schools systems, compare neighborhoods based on crime rates or the presence or absence of children, for instance.  In order to assist you in choosing your ideal community or school situation, I subscribe to a third-party information provider, eNeighborhoods, which compiles demographic, worship, and school data from the entire United States.

By clicking on the icon above, you can search for data by address or zip code.  I can email eNeighborhood reports to you that will compare neighborhoods, so that you can see how your new home's location "stacks up" against the one you are currently in.  You can even sign up to receive a newsletter, every 60 days, that gives you local information and home sales in your neighborhood.
